OVERVIEW

Once again thank you very much and welcome for visiting and willingness to taking the bold step of being part of this revolutionary community. We urge you (if you have not yet joined), to do register and become a ‘NokDown citizen’ (as other registered users) and be part of this global community towards the goal of making our world a much better place for all.
Although we trust you as part of this positive force for good and we trust that you will at all time work with us towards achieving the set goal, it will nonetheless help to have some guidelines.
Please read these Terms and Conditions of Service carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
The Platform is owned managed by NokDown (a global community Platform) with all the extensions and affiliates connected to it. ‘NokDown Community citizens’ is what we refer the registered users who are active part of the community.
Throughout this document the terms used including ‘We’, ‘Our’ or ‘Us’ refers to‘NokDown’ and in some cases the NokDown community. While ‘You’, ‘Your’ ‘Clients’, ‘Partners’, ‘Suppliers’, End-Users or anyone trying to use it for other legal authorized reasons refers to (you the users). We also use ‘Platform’ to represent both the Web and Mobile Applications. NokDown offers the use of our platform, including all information, tools and services available as is and conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein including updates.
By visiting our Platform and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Who can use this Platform?

As a ‘global community’ platform with global agenda and global goal, across board, even though we have the primary target groups, which includes but not limited to, Students, Unemployed, Low income earners, Pensioners etc., nonetheless, our platform is open to all use users of age, as it contains Social, Economic, Environmental/Ecological as well as even Political, Services with educational information or guide that may help everyone one way or the other.
It is our expectation that those who truly care for the well-being of Humanity, Environment and our Planet need to join us and be in forefront of supporting and promoting this Community, to reach every corner of our planet where human beings lives.
The concept is designed for a win, win, win and win for all stakeholders (Our partners, End-users, Environment and Planet), that is to say that when we all Work together, we will Win together.

1. You are free to register and be part of the NokDown community, and even though the community will not like to see you leave, you still have right to deregister at any time of your choice. However, we will be glad to always know what we can do to avoid giving you the reason of leaving the community in the first place.

2. We never claim to be perfect, hence we are striving daily to be better and stronger, always putting the People, our Environment and Planet first. Therefore, we absolve ‘Nokdown’, staff, partners, sponsors or affiliates from any eventual error/s, breakdowns, data loss, or otherwise.

3. The platform and other associated projects and programs of the NokDown community or other affiliated ones under or within 'NokDown' remains work in constant progress, for that reason, changes, update, adjustments, etc., can be expected continually as at when necessary, as we strive always to be progressive and going with the trend of time and development, therefore changes can happen with or without prior notice.

4. You agree upon accessing or using ‘NokDown’ platform and other services connected to it, to allow us, collect, process, store, use or share the data freely entered for the sole end of delivering the needed services in line with our Goal and Principle.

5. You agree to report, inform, share and transmit etc. to us any valid, useful and relevant information, news or data that might be of help in specific or general improvement in our service delivery, including but not limited to platform development, adjustments or improving and protecting the safety and interest of the NokDown community.

6. While justice remains the watch word, every effort shall be made within ‘NokDown’ administration powers and reach to dictate on time and resolve all arising issues or conflicts within NokDown platform and NokDown Administration fair decisions shall be considered final.

7. All content provided on NokDown (excerpt posts, items, products, information or adverts from our partners, clients, affiliates, sponsors or third parties) is as it is, but we will do our best in updating, correcting, editing or removing part or whole with or without prior notice, but absolve ourselves of any possible error of any kind.

8. Any item posted on ‘NokDown’ platforms may or may not be subject to review by us, so we shall in no way be held accountable for errors, typos, sold outs, defects, or otherwise. However, we will do our utmost best to correct or alert the responsible party of such as soon as it comes to our knowledge.

9. You may not copy, clone, represent, misrepresent, hack, recreate, reproduce or in any way attempt to compromise or sabotage this platform or its affiliated clients and partners.

10. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion or all of the Service system, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, or the technology without express written permission from us (NokDown Administration).

11. Every issue, misunderstanding or conflict involving NokDown platform, usage or abuse shall be considered internal issues to be reported to NokDown administration for attention and solution. Where absolute necessary, involving of any third party for solution will be at the behest of NokDown administration, the same discretion goes with withdrawing such involvement.

12. We may collect Cookies for the sole purpose of improving on better user experience (See the privacy and cookies policy).

SECTION 2 -ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not completely responsible if information made available on our platform is not accurate, complete or current. Although, every effort is made to vouch the accuracy and validity of the material/s provided on this platform, we still consider them as general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Certain products or services may be available exclusively through online request from the platform. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our partners or affiliates return policy.
